Allison will be a panelist at the 20th Annual Louisiana Book Festival. This will include an author talk and book signing; details to come.

Allison will be in conversation with fellow historical writer Elisa Speranza and author of The Italian Prisoner, as they discuss the inspiration and challenges of writing Foreign Seed. Edgartown Books will have copies of both Foreign Seed and The Italian Prisoner for sale—or bring your own and have the authors sign. 

Allison will be a panelist at the 10th Annual Mississippi Book Festival, where she will join fellow historical novelists Maurice Carlos Ruffin, Avery Cunningham and Jeff Barry as they discuss recreating the past on the page. Moderated by Crystal Forte.
